We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Java Technical Lead
Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and implementation of software solutions using Core Java and PL/SQL
- Oversee the technical design and architecture of projects to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve codebase
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth project execution
- Participate in project planning and estimation to ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all technical solutions
Required Skills :
- Must have strong experience in Core Java and PL/SQL
- Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Should have the ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing project requirements
- Must have experience in leading technical projects and teams
- Should be proactive and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Nice to have experience with other programming languages and databases
- Should have a strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies
- Must be detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work
- Should have the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Must be a team player with a collaborative mindset
- Should have a passion for technology and continuous learning
- Nice to have experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Certifications Required
Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate Java SE 8 Programmer Certification
