Java technical manager

Job responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support in the early stages of sales activities, including technical benchmarking, technical solutions, on-site troubleshooting, and bidding documents; offer customers customizable solutions in system design (off-grid and grid-connected solutions).

Benchmark and review contract technical agreements, and provide technical solutions based on our company's technological advantages; Benchmark different products and system designs, highlight the technological advantages of our company's component products, and simultaneously seek out the weaknesses of competing products; (analyze from aspects such as BOS, LCOE, and CAPEX based on different customer scenarios) Work closely with the sales team to identify customer pain points or needs, and proactively explore potential business opportunities and provide feedback for resolution; Research customer needs, collect major customers' requirements for new products and systems in terms of technology, application, and indicators, as well as gather product and market information from competitors, to provide a basis for developing new products and improving existing ones; Collaborate with sales to regularly visit customers for product marketing and related technical support, discuss their business goals with customers, and establish cooperation intentions. Work content is not limited to solution presentations, new technology explanations, technical plan development, and external resource technical cooperation, and can assist sales in signing contracts and following up on related business document signing

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, no specific major required; Experience in the photovoltaic industry, familiar with solar cell and module manufacturing processes, proficient in power station design (at least 3years of relevant work experience); Good communication, expression, and logical thinking skills, with the ability to independently think and solve problems
