Job Summary We are hiring a Principal AI Data Architect to lead the design and delivery of sophisticated agentic AI systems for major enterprise clients. This senior role combines deep data architecture expertise with hands-on generative AI development in a client-facing consulting environment. You will own complex solutions end-to-end - from architecture and data pipeline design through to production deployment - while working directly with senior business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end agentic AI and generative AI solutions, taking full ownership from initial concept to production.
- Build scalable data architectures and pipelines optimized for performance, cost, and reliability on AWS.
- Develop LLM orchestration, RAG systems, multi-agent workflows, and supporting data infrastructure.
- Collaborate directly with enterprise clients and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
- Establish architecture best practices and mentor other data engineers across projects.
- Present technical strategies, trade-offs, and recommendations to Director+ level audiences.
- Leverage modern AI coding assistants daily to improve velocity and code quality.
- Drive MLOps practices including monitoring, versioning, and automated retraining.
