Job Title : Java Vert.x Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Vert.x Engineer with strong expertise in Java Microservices, Kafka, Apigee, and cloud-based enterprise application development. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on development experience, strong client communication skills, and the ability to lead development modules in a fast-paced environment.
The candidate will work closely with client stakeholders and internal technical teams to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise applications.
Must Have Skills
- Strong experience in Java and Microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with Apigee API Management
- Expertise in Kafka and event-driven architecture
- Experience with MS APIs and database connectors
- Knowledge of Splunk monitoring and logging tools
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong experience with GitHub version control
- Application SDLC knowledge
- Experience with GCP and BigQuery/SQL
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Java microservices applications
- Build and maintain APIs using Apigee
- Develop Kafka-based integrations and streaming solutions
- Work with GCP services including BigQuery and SQL environments
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD and deployment activities
- Perform application monitoring and troubleshooting using Splunk
- Lead technical modules and support development activities
- Participate in all phases of SDLC including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Work directly with client teams for requirement gathering and technical discussions
