Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Vert.x Engineer with strong expertise in Java Microservices, Kafka, Apigee, and cloud-based enterprise application development. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on development experience, strong client communication skills, and the ability to lead development modules in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will work closely with client stakeholders and internal technical teams to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise applications.

Must Have Skills

• Strong experience in Java and Microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with Apigee API Management
• Expertise in Kafka and event-driven architecture
• Experience with MS APIs and database connectors
• Knowledge of Splunk monitoring and logging tools
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong experience with GitHub version control
• Application SDLC knowledge
• Experience with GCP and BigQuery/SQL

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Java microservices applications
• Build and maintain APIs using Apigee
• Develop Kafka-based integrations and streaming solutions
• Work with GCP services including BigQuery and SQL environments
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD and deployment activities
• Perform application monitoring and troubleshooting using Splunk
• Lead technical modules and support development activities
• Participate in all phases of SDLC including design, development, testing, and deployment
• Work directly with client teams for requirement gathering and technical discussions
