Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Java Architect based in Paris, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The Java Architect will design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions, adhering to architectural principles and optimizing performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include constructing and maintaining robust microservices, leveraging design patterns, and working with Jakarta EE technologies to achieve business goals. The role also involves collaborating with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality systems.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Development and experience delivering high-quality, scalable applications
- Knowledge of Design Patterns and their application in creating efficient solutions
- Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and deployment
- Expertise in Java Architecture and familiarity with Jakarta EE technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
