Role - React Native Developer

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build, ship, and maintain features for our cross-platform mobile app using React Native.
- Translate designs and product requirements into responsive, pixel-accurate UI.
- Integrate REST and/or GraphQL APIs and manage application state effectively.
- Write clean, reusable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
- Debug and resolve issues across iOS and Android, including platform-specific behavior.
- Optimize app performance, startup time, and memory usage.
- Work with native modules and bridge to native (iOS/Android) code when needed.
- Manage releases to the App Store and Google Play, including build and signing processes.
- Collaborate in an Agile team through planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of professional experience building mobile apps with React Native.
- Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of React fundamentals: hooks, component lifecycle, and reusable component
- patterns.
- Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, MobX, or Context API).
- Comfortable consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Familiarity with native build tooling — Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle — and the app store
- submission process.
- Experience with debugging, profiling, and performance tuning on both platforms.
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently on assigned features.
NICE TO HAVE
Experience writing or bridging native modules (Swift/Objective-C, Kotlin/Java).
Familiarity with Expo / EAS.
Automated testing experience (Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox).
Exposure to CI/CD for mobile (Fastlane, App Center, Bitrise, or EAS).
Experience with push notifications, deep linking, or offline-first data.
Understanding of app security and data privacy best practices.
Contributions to open source or a portfolio of published apps.
