We are seeking a skilled and proactive JavaScript Developer to join our team in transforming software demo experiences for sales and marketing professionals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape a cutting-edge demo platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Product Development experts, to achieve impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sophisticated demo environments and Proof of Concept (POC) builds tailored to advanced technical needs and business objectives
- Develop and implement AI-driven solutions and automations to enhance operational efficiency and innovation
- Translate customer insights and technical limitations into actionable contributions for product feature improvements
- Curate, expand, and maintain a dynamic shared demo asset library and technical resources to ensure streamlined internal enablement and consistency
- Draft comprehensive technical statements of work and insightful activity reports for customers, product teams, and leadership, offering advanced analyses of outcomes and obstacles
Requirements :
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant technical role, with a focus on web development
- Proficiency in core web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, supported by strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for web-related issues
- Deep understanding of browser and network behavior, web request-response cycles, advanced authentication standards like OAuth2 and JWT, complex storage solutions such as localStorage and cookies, and frontend/backend interaction processes
- Expertise in browser developer tools like Chrome DevTools or similar platforms, with a focus on advanced debugging capabilities
- Background in crafting and deploying AI-based solutions for operational enhancements
- Strong communication skills to clarify and articulate complex technical concepts effectively across diverse stakeholders
- Competency in adapting to shifting priorities in dynamic environments with agile workflows and project demands
- Focus on identifying and executing operational improvements and scalable solutions
- Showcase of extensive understanding of sales and marketing workflows, ensuring alignment with the company mission and product vision
- Problem-solving mindset and a hands-on approach to uncovering and mitigating technical challenges proactively
- Minimum English language level of B1+
