Responsibilities:- Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards
- Drives technical vision and influences product roadmap and vision
- Leads the discovery phase of large projects to develop high level design
- Supervise the work of cross-functional groups of engineers, including offshore associates
- Directs root cause analysis of critical business and production issues
- Documents testing and maintenance of application corrections and improvements
- Influence decisions, builds consensus, and resolves conflicts constructively and proactively
- Supports business objectives and ensures the business needs are being met
- Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of TypeScript writing and ability to work with old and new typescript with NO HELP (5+ years)
- Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of NodeJs (5+ years)
- Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of Jest (5+ years)
- Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of Redux (5+ years)
- Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of React (5+ years)
- Expert level both in knowledge and hands on experience of Git (5+ years)
- For staff level ability to design and deliver complex large system from vague requirement within tight deadline
- Excel both in operational and engineering excellence
- A record of applying SOLID principles
- Excellent communicator both in verbal and writing
- Honest and ability to take feedback and improve upon it
