RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design large-scale solutions using at least one technology stack
- Create solution architecture documents with deep technical details
- Work closely with the business to identify solution requirements and key case studies/scenarios for future solutions
- Conduct solution architecture reviews/audits and create review/audit reports
- Lead the implementation of the solution, from establishing project requirements and goals to solution "go-live."
- Oversee development efforts and provide technical assistance as needed
- Participate in the full cycle of pre-sale activities, including direct communication with potential customers, RFP processing, proposal development for solution implementation and design, presentation of proposed solution architecture to customers, and participation in meetings with customer representatives
- Participate in customer workshops and present proposed solutions
- Communicate directly with customers during solution architecture design or implementation activities
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices
- Create and follow a personal education plan in the technology stack and solution architecture
- Provide advisory support for the creation of personal education plans for colleagues
REQUIREMENTS :
- Practical experience
- 5+ years of experience developing relational and non-relational data storages
- 5+ years of experience in team leadership
- 3+ years of experience in project management and direct customer communications
- Development background
- Strong development background with JavaScript, primarily focused on front-end development
- Strong background in the JavaScript stack
- Strong background using various libraries, frameworks, and patterns within the chosen technology stack
- Strong background in designing and implementing external services integrations using REST, SOAP, and/or ESB
- Proven knowledge of cloud technologies and migration strategies, including experience in building cloud-native solutions
- Strong experience with multiple full lifecycle software development processes, approaches, and methods such as SCRUM and RUP
- Solution architecture
- Strong expertise in architectural styles, enterprise architecture patterns, integration patterns, development patterns, architecture artifacts and deliverables, solution architecture design approaches and practices, and change management processes
- Ability to understand performance issues and employ systematic approaches to address them
- Leadership and communications
- Proactive approach and leadership in architecture engagement
- Experience in customer site assignments
- Strong communication skills, including excellent general communication skills, the ability to effectively communicate with customer representatives, listen and manage their concerns, and the ability to read context and understand people
- English B2+ proficiency level
