Responsibilities- Write code that isn’t fragile
- Translate user stories and requirements into flexible applications
- Craft your code based on source files provided by creative teams
- Implement APIs and business logic using Java and OSGi
- Apply layouts via template systems used by various web content management platforms
- Take responsibility for your work
- Manage cross-browser compatibility
- Align with the rest of the team to solve difficult problems
- Keens eye for correctness and completeness
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Writing tasks that run quickly for build tools
- Choosing (carefully) your library dependencies
- Innovative thinking coupled with the ability to implement
- Effective use of the team’s source code repository
- Sharing knowledge through both written and verbal communication
- Really good at naming things
