What You'll Be Working On
- Build Real Software:Develop Python applications and services used in production by customers around the world.
- Learn from Exceptional Engineers:Work closely with senior developers from top technology companies and high-growth engineering teams.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–4 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong Python development experience
- Good understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, algorithms and data structures.
- Experience working with APIs, databases and backend systems.
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices including testing and version control.
- A curious mindset and a passion for learning new technologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes or container technologies.
- Knowledge of SQL and data processing tools.
- Experience with web frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI or Django.
- Interest in distributed systems, platform engineering or scalable software architecture.
