A Junior API Developer with 1 4 years of experience (or a strong recent graduate) who has hands-on experience with REST APIs, OAuth, Azure, and Databricks, along with a strong interest in AI integrations and modern enterprise application development.
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Junior API Developer to support a newly established AI organization (ITSAI) within a major banking environment. The team focuses on building secure API integrations, modern authentication solutions, and connecting enterprise systems with AI-enabled services and legacy platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity for junior developers with strong REST API fundamentals, Azure exposure, and an interest in AI integrations.
Required Skills
- 1 4 years of API Development experience (Recent graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply)
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and API integration
- Knowledge of OAuth, authentication, and authorization concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services
- Exposure to Databricks
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to AI integrations and MCP Servers
- Experience integrating enterprise applications with legacy systems
- Understanding of secure API management and modern integration patterns
