We are seeking a talented and driven Junior JavaScript Developer to join our team in revolutionizing how software is demonstrated for sales and marketing teams. Responsibilities
- Deliver custom demo environments and Proof of Concept (POC) builds tailored to inspire and meet prospects' technical requirements
- Assist in developing AI-integrated solutions and automations to boost operational velocity
- Transform customer feedback and needs into actionable product roadmap contributions
- Create and maintain a shared demo asset library and resources to enable internal teams and ensure consistency
- Draft technical statements of work and comprehensive activity reports for customers, product teams, and leadership, highlighting outcomes, insights, and challenges
Requirements :
- 1+ years of experience in a relevant technical role, with a focus on web development
- Knowledge of web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with skills in web request diagnostics
- Understanding of browser and network behaviors, web request-response cycles, authentication mechanisms like OAuth and JWT, browser storage solutions such as localStorage and cookies, and frontend/backend interaction patterns
- Proficiency in tools like Chrome DevTools or equivalent browser developer environments
- Competency in integrating AI solutions to enhance workflows
- Strong ability to explain complex technical ideas in simple terms while tailoring communication to varied audiences
- Adaptability to dynamic startup environments and evolving project needs
- Continuous improvement mindset to identify and address inefficiencies
- Empathy and familiarity with sales and marketing teams’ workflows, aligning with the company’s mission and value proposition
- Bias for action with a proactive problem-solving approach
- Fluency in English with a proficiency level of B1 or higher
