The app is for the management of educational assessments: authoring questions, assembling tests, delivering the tests online, and then analyzing results.
It focuses on high-quality and high-stakes assessments, with advanced functionality such as machine learning models and remote proctoring integrations that transform and modernize the assessment process.
Technology Stack:
We have plans to overhaul the technologies on the product over the next few years, including migrating the user interface from YUI/AngularJS to current Angular, database to RDS, and other improvements.
This is one reason we are hiring additional staff; experience in such upgrades is highly relevant.
Required Experience:
- TypeScript and JavaScript
- Angular Framework (Version 6+)
- Material framework
- NPM and Node JS build tool
- Bootstrap (CSS/SASS)
- Groovy/Grails Web Framework (Version 3+) and Spring Boot
- Apache POI
- Experience with components and consuming JSON APIs
- Very good Git source control skills (creating branches, rebasing, opening pull requests, etc)
English:
Must be fluent enough to work with the team and also in this case some Polish developers that are fluent in English
Mode:
Contractor - 100% Remote from all of Latin America
