Support and enhance the new Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations) based system, by leading application support and development, triaging and troubleshooting issues, and application performance monitoring.
Coordinate and deliver technical changes, releases, and upgrades to ensure system stability and performance.
Work with business, project, and IT teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and improve processes.
Lead and support IT projects from planning through implementation, including working with vendors and consultants.
Provide technical expertise to resolve complex issues, guide decision‑making, and ensure alignment with government I&IT standards.
Support data quality, documentation, and system workflows to maintain reliable and secure information management.
What you bring to the team Technical Skills
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) ERP suite.
Knowledge of current and emerging I&IT technologies, including infrastructure, applications, databases, and security, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure cloud, Synapse/ADF, Power Platform.
Knowledge of application development processes, system integration concepts, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Proven ability to design, build, or oversee technical solutions that align with best practices in security, privacy, quality, and performance in a modern cloud environment.
Quality Assurance, Quality Control & Compliance Skills
An understanding of quality assurance practices, documentation standards, testing approaches, and quality control techniques, with a focus on testing automation.
Knowledge of data management and workflow principles, including data integrity, documentation, and access controls.
Project Management Skills
Estimate timelines and resources, manage budgets, track progress, and monitor risks and issues.
Evaluate project needs, identify options, and recommend solutions that balance timelines, risks, and business requirements.
Familiarity with product management tools such as Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies.
Analytical & Problem‑Solving Skills
The ability to analyze complex technical or project‑related issues, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
Strong critical‑thinking skills to evaluate multiple perspectives, assess risks, and prioritize actions.
Skills in interpreting business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and preparing planning documents that support leadership decisions.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management Skills
Strong communication and consultation skills to work effectively with business users, technical teams, managers, and external vendors.
The ability to explain technical concepts in plain language and build alignment across diverse groups.
The ability to guide project teams, support decision‑making, and resolve concerns related to project deliverables or system functionality.
Skills in managing third‑party service providers, monitoring service levels, and contributing to procurement or vendor selection processes.
