The partners come from prestigious backgrounds, having had successful careers in top-tier trading firms. They are looking for a senior technical expert to be part of this exciting journey.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full software development lifecycle for C++ trading systems and financial applications.
Oversee and maintain existing codebases, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Identify technical risks and drive continuous improvements in code quality and development processes.
Guide architectural decisions.
Collaborate closely with quantitative analysts and traders to deliver competitive solutions.
Become a long-term member of the company to help shape its future.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in C++ development within a financial environment, preferably in front-office trading or high-frequency systems.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a team of software engineers.
Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, networking protocols (TCP/UDP), and low-level system programming.
Experience with scripting languages (Python or Bash) for automation and tooling.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to operate under pressure.
Familiarity with market data feeds, order management systems, and exchange protocols is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Fluent in English.
