Hiring: Technical Lead - Database Developer

Location: Hyderabad/Ahmedabad

Experience: 7–10 Years

We are looking for an experienced Database Developer with strong expertise in Database development, SQL development, database performance tuning, and cloud database technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-scale database solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex database solutions
• Develop stored procedures, functions, triggers, and SQL queries
• Perform query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning
• Design database schemas, data models, and partitioning strategies
• Build ETL/ELT transformations and reporting-ready database objects
• Work on cloud databases such as Azure SQL, Synapse, Snowflake, or Redshift
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business teams
• Ensure database security, data quality, and governance standards
• Support database migration and modernization initiatives

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in SQL / T-SQL / PL-SQL
• Experience in design, develop, and maintain complex database solutions
• Experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience in performance tuning & query optimization
• Knowledge of data modelling (star/snowflake schema, SCD)
• Experience with Azure SQL / Snowflake / Synapse
• Exposure to SSIS / Azure Data Factory / ETL tools
• Good understanding of database CI/CD concepts
