Job Description:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Program Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of data center manual labor activities including:
- Moving pallets, uncrating racks, unboxing servers, assembling racks, racking PDU's and racking devices
- Oversee rack & stack, structured cabling (fiber/copper), and labeling standards
- Ensure proper asset tracking, tagging, and chain of custody during removal and install phases
- Technical Leadership and Execution
- If required, the Data Center Team Lead will oversee and manage the following:
- Act as the primary technical escalation point for all on-site issues during refresh cycles
- Lead troubleshooting of hardware failures, connectivity issues, and install/configuration gaps
- Validate system readiness through:
- Power-on checks
- Burn-in testing
- Network connectivity validation
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure new infrastructure meets performance and configuration standards, if required
