Key Responsibilities
- Lead system architecture, technical design decisions, and development best practices.
- Drive the design and development of scalable web and mobile solutions.
- Lead Flutter mobile application development across iOS and Android platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into impactful technical solutions.
- Mentor and develop engineering teams while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure applications meet security, compliance, performance, and scalability requirements.
- Oversee mobile application deployment, publishing, and maintenance on app stores.
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies and contribute to technical strategy.
Job Experience and Skills Required
Education:
- BCom, BSc Degree, or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of software development experience.
- Minimum 3 years of Flutter mobile application development experience.
- Previous experience in a Tech Lead or similar leadership position.
- Proven experience designing scalable enterprise solutions.
Technical Skills:
- Strong Flutter mobile application development expertise.
- Experience publishing and maintaining applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Strong C#, .NET Framework, and SQL Server experience.
- Angular development experience.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong Microsoft Azure cloud technologies experience, including Azure App Services, Azure DevOps, and APIs.
- Experience with mobile testing frameworks.
