Lead Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and industrialize strategic software components
• Ensure the performance and security of cloud-native solutions
• Define and implement CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Optimize cloud costs (FinOps) and secure deployments (DevSecOps)
• Support the team's skills development and lead technical communities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in development and DevSecOps (5+ years)
• Technical leadership and ability to rally and align teams
• Strong knowledge of security best practices, automation, and cost optimization
• Team player, autonomy, and willingness to share knowledge
• Plus: C#, Clean Code/TDD, Hexagonal architecture, Software craftsmanship
