A leading technology-driven organisation is looking for an experienced Lead Developer: Identity Management to join their Development and Engineering team. This role is ideal for a senior software engineering professional with strong leadership capability and deep technical expertise in C#, .Net Core, APIs, SQL Server, and identity management solutions .
POSITION INFO:
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering scalable, high-quality engineering solutions, driving best practices, mentoring developers, and contributing to strategic technical initiatives within a collaborative Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership across identity management and data engineering solutions Design and implement scalable, secure, high-performance APIs and back-end systems Define solution architecture and technical implementations in collaboration with architects and engineering leaders Deliver strategic projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards Maintain and enhance existing systems while supporting migrations to newer technologies Ensure adherence to development standards, coding best practices, and testing methodologies Mentor and coach junior developers while facilitating knowledge sharing across teams Contribute to Agile delivery processes and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements: Degree \/ Diploma with 6+ years' relevant experience, or 8+ years' relevant industry experience Strong experience in: C# .Net Core SQL Server Identity management solutions REST API development Entity Framework 6 \/ Entity Framework Core Solid experience writing scalable, high-performance APIs Experience configuring and managing identity management solutions Strong SQL Server experience including: Relational database design Complex SQL queries Views and stored procedures Experience working within SCRUM \/ Agile environments Understanding of clean coding principles and source code management Advantageous Experience: IIS configuration Azure DevOps Microservices \/ SOA architecture SOLID, KISS, TDD, DDD and Clean Coding principles OData Unit Testing frameworks RabbitMQ and SignalR Postman and Swagger FIDO configuration Azure Function Apps and Cosmos DB Soft Skills: Strong leadership and collaboration abilities Quality-focused with strong attention to detail Able to work effectively within cross-functional teams Strong communication and mentoring capability Organised and diligent with administrative processes Benefits: Medical aid Pension fund Apply Now!
