The Role
At the heart of a specialist trade technology team, you'll drive Agile delivery and software excellence.
* Guide Scrum ceremonies, coach the team on Agile values and maintain a healthy product backlog
* Remove blockers and shield the team to keep delivery on track
* Facilitate Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives with confidence
* Monitor progress while empowering the team to self-organise and take ownership
* Proactively manage risk with awareness of AML, fraud and data quality requirements
* Coordinate with stakeholders and teams across multiple locations
What We're Looking For
A hands-on Scrum practitioner with strong Java credentials and a passion for high-quality delivery.
* 7-10 years' experience in software development and Agile delivery
* Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Kafka, REST APIs and Microservices
* CI/CD exposure with Git, Jenkins and Docker
* Cloud-native architecture and containerisation knowledge
* Banking or FinTech background is advantageous
