We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team.
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the technical direction of our cloud infrastructure and automation practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions that support our business goals.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and enhance CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery
- Lead technical discovery sessions and facilitate requirements gathering with stakeholders
- Conduct architecture review meetings with customers to ensure alignment with best practices
- Develop infrastructure as code using Terraform to deploy and manage Amazon Bedrock agent core
- Integrate solutions with identity providers and agent gateways for secure access
- Connect Langflow backend with agent core to enable seamless data flow
- Implement and integrate strands within the Langflow UI for improved user experience
Requirements :
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or related roles
- At least one year of experience leading and managing technical teams
- In-depth understanding of AWS services, especially Amazon Bedrock, and cloud-native technologies
- Proficient in infrastructure as code tools such as CloudFormation and Terraform
- Advanced expertise in CI/CD tools and automation frameworks
- Strong background in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, as well as orchestration and serverless architectures
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at B2+ level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience in developing AI agents and working with generative AI technologies
- Familiarity with Amazon S3 and Azure Blob Storage for scalable data management
- Skills in planning and executing discovery phase activities
- Knowledge of systems architecture and design best practices
