As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will take ownership of designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions, driving automation, and mentoring a team of engineers. You will be instrumental in shaping our DevOps strategy and ensuring a seamless development experience through scalable, efficient processes.
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of reliability and automation
- Define and enforce SRE principles and best practices across the organization
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment
- Oversee incident response processes and drive post-mortem improvements
- Automate infrastructure management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Enhance observability through advanced monitoring, logging, and tracing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve software delivery and system performance
- Ensure compliance with security and operational best practices
- Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating new technologies into the DevOps ecosystem
Requirements :
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles
- 5+ years of experience with AWS services (S3, EC2, Route53, ELB, IAM, KMS, VPC, etc)
- Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams
- 3+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- 5+ years of experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD solutions
- 5+ years of experience using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Kotlin, Python, or Go
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, networking, and security best practices
- Proven ability to design and implement highly available and scalable cloud architectures
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive cross-team collaboration
- B2+ English level
