We are seeking an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team and take ownership of designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions.
This role focuses on optimizing build and deployment workflows, improving team collaboration, and ensuring the reliability and performance of cloud-based systems. Strong expertise in AWS is a key requirement for this position.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable infrastructure to support development and deployment processes
- Improve CI/CD pipelines to accelerate and streamline software delivery
- Automate workflows and processes to enhance overall team efficiency
- Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to strengthen system integration and reliability
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure to ensure consistent system availability
- Manage cloud-based infrastructure using AWS and Azure DevOps tools
- Define and enforce best practices for version control and code management using Git
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps roles
- At least 1 year of experience leading and managing development teams
- Extensive experience with Amazon Web Services for cloud infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps for CI/CD processes and project tracking
- Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization strategies
- Proven expertise in Git for version control and collaboration
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
