Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS Cloud and Terraform, along with hands-on experience in modern DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, containerization, and cloud-native technologies.
Must Have: AWS, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Strong Communication Skills
Required Skills
- Strong experience with AWS Cloud Services
- Advanced hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Experience with Docker and containerized applications
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes orchestration and administration
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in scripting using Python, Bash, or similar languages
- Experience with cloud monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of networking, security, and cloud best practices
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational processes
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads
- Collaborate with development teams to improve release processes and platform reliability
- Implement security, compliance, and operational best practices
- Lead DevOps initiatives and mentor junior team members
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance
Qualifications
- 13+ years of DevOps/Cloud Engineering experience
- Strong AWS and Terraform expertise is required
- Experience leading technical initiatives and working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
