Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with the client team on a daily basis
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Flutter developers, fostering growth and sharing best practices
- Propose and enforce advanced Flutter best practices, standards, and architectural patterns across projects
- Take ownership of the full feature lifecycle, from initial technical solution proposals to production deployment
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable tasks
- Anticipate and identify potential risks or challenges in project execution and propose mitigation strategies
- Drive innovation by staying current on emerging mobile development trends, tools, and technologies, and integrating them into projects where relevant
- Ensure seamless integration and unification of features across apps, including handling merge conflicts and reducing technical debt
- Conduct code reviews to maintain codebase health
Requirements :
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter development
- Expertise in Dart, Flutter SDK, state management solutions, and related development tools
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, SDKs, and system integrations
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code with a focus on performance and reliability
- Advanced proficiency with version control systems such as Git, including branching and collaborative workflows
- Proven ability to solve complex problems, troubleshoot effectively, and guide others in solving advanced technical challenges
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs, client priorities, or technical demands while maintaining project momentum
- Proven leadership and organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a B2+ level
Nice to have
- Experience in native mobile development (iOS or Android), with an understanding of bridging Flutter with native functionality
- Familiarity with mobile security best practices and performance optimization techniques
