Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of product design and development activities.
- Analyze requirements and estimate effort based on technical constraints.
- Lead design workshops with the client and the architect.
- Draft technical specifications and collaborate with the functional lead.
- Ensure development and supervise and coordinate the team's deliverables.
- Be accountable for the quality of the code produced by the team.
Requirements
- More than 7 years' experience in Backend Java and Angular development (including at least 3 years in a Tech Lead role).
- Experience within a software craftsmanship team.
- Strong commitment to code quality.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
