What you'll do
Record the 6 module video series (one-time, ~15 hrs) — scripts are word-for-word ready. Your face, voice, and energy on screen.
Deliver 2-hour live Zoom sessions every week for each cohort (6 sessions per cohort). Activities, discussion, Q&A — facilitation is the core skill here.
Review capstone projects and give written feedback to students on their AI-era career portfolios.
Coordinate with track mentors — working professionals from 6 career fields who join live sessions as guest speakers.
You are ideal if you have
2+ years in career counselling, EdTech instruction, L&D, psychology, HR, or coaching for young people
Genuine curiosity about AI — you don't need to be a coder, but you need to have explored the tools and have an informed view
Comfort on camera and in a Zoom room of 15–20 teenagers — energy, warmth, and the ability to hold attention
Excellent English
A quiet recording space, decent webcam, and a basic lapel mic (or willingness to get one — we'll guide you)
