Role Specification
SS&C is seeking a hands-on Lead Java Engineer who wants to do more than deliver features, someone motivated to lead, influence, and continuously improve how modern software engineering is practiced within a large-scale financial technology environment. The role will be an individual contributor.

Technical Skills
- 12-17 yrs of Strong Java experience (Spring, Kafka, containers)
- SQL expertise
- Frontend exposure (Angular, React, or Vue)
- Version control (Git, SVN)
- Understanding of AI concepts and automation Knowledge of SDLC methodologies
