What you will do?

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using Java technologies
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (designers, front-end developers, DevOps) to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices and coding standards
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple environments and platforms
• Contribute to architectural decisions and propose technical improvements
• Take ownership of your work, from concept to deployment
• Lead the development team to excellence in a product development

What we expect from you?

• Minimum of 5 years of software development experience
• Relevant experience working on multiple projects/technologies/architectures
• Preferably experience in a role responsible for the technical definition and delivery of a project
• Experience in mentoring team members and applying Agile methodologies (SCRUM)
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Solid knowledge of OpenShift/Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka
• Solid knowledge of microservices and building distributed applications
• Knowledge in IoT domain, energy and automation is a plus
