What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading development on scalable Java microservices solutions
- Mentoring and supporting developers across the team
- Driving best practices and technical excellence
- Collaborating in agile teams on meaningful, real-world projects
Tech You’ll Work With
Java | Spring Boot | Microservices | PostgreSQL | SQL
Bonus: JavaScript / TypeScript, Nunjucks
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Java backend experience
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Proven leadership or mentoring experience
- Passion for collaboration and continuous improvement
- Eligible for BPSS clearance
The Details
Hybrid – Manchester (1 day per week)
Permanent or 12 months FTC if preferred
