Lead Java Developer

We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer to join our team.
This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions while collaborating with a talented team of professionals. It’s an excellent opportunity to lead impactful projects, work in an Agile environment, and utilize advanced technologies to deliver innovative outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend microservices and REST APIs to ensure scalability and efficiency
- Perform unit testing to verify code reliability and quality
- Conduct code reviews to uphold coding standards and best practices
- Adhere to established development practices, including CI, unit testing, and code reviews
- Participate in SCRUM ceremonies to align with team goals and project deliverables
- Provide input during estimation and planning sessions for project timelines and resources
- Mentor junior developers and collaborate with team members to improve overall performance
- Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure smooth collaboration and successful project delivery
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Java development
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in managing and leading development teams
- Proficiency in Log Management and Analysis for debugging and monitoring
- Strong knowledge of SQL for database management and query optimization
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
