Java Full-stack Lead
Location: Charlotte NC (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months
Experience of leading and developing Java applications, analysis, design, coding, enhancements, etc.
Very good knowledge on Java, Spring Boot, Micro services, Java Script, Oracle & PL/SQL
Good understanding on P&C Insurance domain
Very good communication skill; Should be able to communicate with Business Ops/ Users
Should be able to convert Business statements into workable solution
Should have strong experience and should be able to manage a Team of min. 5 resources
Must have experience working in On-off model and lead the offshore team.
Manage day to day tasks and deliverables and demonstrate one team culture and status to customers.
Prepare status reports and communicate risks, challenges impacts to project execution.
Must be able to think thru the end state of project, identify and communicate risks that can derail the project progress and propose mitigation plans.
