About the Role

We’re looking for a powerhouse Technical Team Lead to captain our flagship Learning engineering team. You’ll be the ultimate champion for delivery quality, overseeing architecture, build safety, and the growth of your engineers.

This is a next‑gen leadership role where AI is part of the team. You’ll spearhead our AI orchestration strategy, directing AI agents on how to tackle complex tasks, while maintaining airtight quality gates. If you want to run a team that builds fast, breaks boundaries, and treats AI‑generated code with the same respect (and rigor) as human code, let’s talk.

Technical Stack

We are looking for a leader who is deeply technical and highly proficient in modern cloud and

• Backend: Node.js, NestJS and TypeScript
• Frontend: React and TypeScript
• Data & Streaming: DynamoDB, Postgres and AWS Kinesis
• We are currently using Claude Primarily for AI‑driven development and are open to adopt other tools to stay best‑in‑class as the ecosystem evolves.
