Title: Lead Mulesoft Developer
Salary: $115,000 - $155,000
Location: Remote
The Lead Mulesoft Developer will own and drive enterprise integration architecture across Salesforce and connected platforms, enabling scalable, secure, and high performance data and system interoperability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead design and development of Mulesoft integrations with ERP systems, data platforms, and enterprise applications
- Define and implement API-led connectivity architecture, including system, process, and experience layer APIs to support enterprise scale integration
- Develop and optimize DataWeave transformations and API services to enable seamless data flow across systems
- Establish CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and integration governance standards to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of integration solutions
- Mentor and lead development teams, conducting code reviews, defining best practices, and driving continuous improvement across an integration ecosystem
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with strong experience in Mulesoft development and integration architecture
- Proven experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Mule 4 runtime, DataWeave, API design, and CloudHub deployment
- Deep understanding of Salesforce integration patterns such as Platform Events, REST APIs, Bulk API, and Change Data Capture
- Strong experience with API architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise integration design principles
- Nice to have: MuleSoft certifications, Salesforce certifications, experience integrating with ERP platforms, and familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Azure Synapse
