Duration: 3 Month Contract-to-Hire

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Lead .NET Developer to join its Corporate IT team in Arlington, TX. This role will focus on building new enterprise web applications, enhancing existing systems, and modernizing legacy applications that support critical internal business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain enterprise web applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, and WebAPI.
- Enhance and modernize legacy applications while developing new business solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and production issues.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and design technical solutions.
- Perform application testing, user validation, and production deployments.
- Create project estimates and recommend technical approaches.
- Follow development standards and deployment best practices.
- Support documentation and knowledge transfer activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of .NET web application development experience.
- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, WebAPI, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL Server.
- React experience is highly preferred.
- Experience working through the full software development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
