What you will do:
Technical Leadership
Strong expertise in technical design and hands-on coding using Microservices, C#, .NET, SQL, and AWS (SNS, SQS, CloudWatch, IAM policies)
Proven experience in production debugging, reviewing, and approving code changes
Experience building large-scale enterprise systems with a focus on scalability, performance, and security
Team Leadership
Experience leading a team of 4 5 developers, including task delegation and maintaining test quality
Ability to resolve technical blockers and conflicts
Experience managing cross-team dependencies in large enterprise environments
Strong collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders
AI Exposure
Enthusiastic about using AI in coding
Experience improving the SDLC using AI, such as coding automation, reverse engineering, test automation, debugging, and design generation
What you will bring:
Required Technical Skills
10+ years of experience with C# and .NET
3 5 years of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud and Microservices
3 5 years of team lead experience
