Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Lead NodeJS Engineer to architect and deliver high-quality,

scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NodeJS frameworks,

API architecture, and microservices, along with a passion for leading teams and delivering enterprise-

grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead backend development using NodeJS, NestJS, and ExpressJS frameworks.

Design and implement scalable, modular, and secure backend systems.

Architect APIs, integrate databases, and manage authentication mechanisms.

Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to deliver full-stack solutions.

Drive code reviews, sprint planning, and mentor backend developers.

Ensure best practices in performance, scalability, and CI/CD pipelines.

Lead deployments across development, staging, and production environments.

Review code and perform refactoring to improve code quality, maintainability, and

performance.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to support their growth.

Ability to lead technical discussions and ensure delivery excellence.

Required Skills & Experience:

Expertise in NodeJS with strong command over NestJS and ExpressJS.

Proficiency in API architecture and integration with SQL/NoSQL databases.

Strong understanding of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).

Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.

Familiarity with Serverless environments (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB).

Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Ability to lead technical discussions and ensure delivery excellence.
