As Lead Project Engineer you will steer process and mechanical design outputs for projects and bids, ensuring technical scope alignment and on-time, on-budget delivery. You will serve as the interface with customers and SPX Flow, shaping execution strategies and upholding safety, regulatory, and contract requirements. You’ll manage the engineering process across the project lifecycle and mentor engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet quality goals. This role offers impact in hygienic process industries with a global, matrix-driven environment.

• Lead engineer tasks on projects and proposals, including safety, environment, and design ownership
• Own the engineering execution model across the project lifecycle and adapt as requirements change
• Lead engineering meetings and obtain approvals from customers or internal stakeholders
• Ensure designs comply with applicable legislation, customer/ RFQ/URS requirements, SPX standards, and acceptance criteria
• Communicate with project stakeholders and ensure timely reporting of schedule, costs, and risks
• Provide SME input, mentoring, and support for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
Responsabilidades
• Degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Process/Chemical, xqbhyrx Mechanical, Electrical)
• Experience leading technically oriented teams
• Experience in Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical and other hygienic industries
• Full driving license advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with scheduling tools beneficial (e.g., Microsoft Project)
• SAP experience beneficial
• Strong English communication skills
