Lead Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process engineering activities across projects from concept through to commissioning
• Develop and review process designs, flow sheets, mass balances, and equipment specifications
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and multidisciplinary teams
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
• Support sales and proposal teams with technical input and feasibility assessments
• Oversee plant performance analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering
• Minimum 810 years experience in mineral processing or related industries
• Proven experience in leading process engineering projects
• Strong knowledge of comminution, flotation, and separation processes
• Experience with process simulation and design software
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
