Experteer Overview In this role you will drive technical assurance and compliance for process design across major oil, gas and petrochemical projects. You will lead a cross-functional team, coordinate with licensors and contractors, and ensure quality, safety and delivery on schedule. You will oversee process engineering procedures, risk analysis and change management to support project objectives. - Verify technical integrity of project deliverables against codes, standards and design basis
- Monitor and approve contractor/process engineering plans and schedules
- Coordinate documentation exchange between IPMT and contractors; liaise with licensor and company
- Supervise IPMT process engineering team; provide direction and mentorship
- Review contractor/vendor design work for scope alignment and quality objectives
- Manage process engineering schedules to align with project requirements; support project reviews
- Participate in risk analysis, change management and interface management with multiple disciplines
- Assist procurement, construction and commissioning activities through discipline inspections and punch lists
- Ensure design documentation and handover packages meet company procedures and HSE requirements
- Support project controls with reporting and presentations
- Oversee multiple communications with contractors regarding process engineering/design needs
- Ensure timely delivery of process engineering activities within budget and scope
Responsabilidades
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Oil u0026 Gas or Petrochemical industries
- Minimum xqbhyrx 5 years in a similar leadership role supervising a team of engineers
- ADNOC u0026 offshore project experience required
- Strong knowledge of industry codes u0026 standards and process management
- Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in GCC region and English fluency (written u0026 spoken)
- Experience with EPC contractor oversight and vendor documentation
- Capability in project change management and multidisciplinary impact assessment
- Proven track record delivering within schedule and budget
