They are looking for a Lead Process Engineer who can take ownership of process thinking across projects — from concept through to implementation — and elevate the standard of engineering across the business.
POSITION INFO:
You will step into a position where: Process design is central to project success Engineering decisions carry commercial impact And leadership is measured by the strength of the team you build around you Your focus will include: Leading process design and engineering deliverables across projects Developing and reviewing process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and technical specifications Providing technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers Driving process optimisation, design consistency, and best practice Supporting tendering, proposals, and client engagement from a process perspective Ensuring designs are practical, efficient, and fit for purpose in real-world conditions What you bring: A degree in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering Extensive experience in process design, ideally within water, wastewater, or related industries A strong grasp of process modelling, equipment selection, and system integration Experience leading projects or teams within a consulting, EPC, or engineering environment What sets you apart: You don't just design systems - you understand their consequences You don't just solve problems - you anticipate them You don't just deliver projects - you influence how they are engineered If you're ready to step into a role where your technical judgement, leadership, and process mindset directly shape project outcomes and engineering standards, this opportunity offers exactly that.
