Ready to step into a senior operator role? Drive efficient production processing, quality outputs and continuous improvement!
About the Company
Established in 1996 in the heart of South Australia, Australian Grain Export (AGE) is a leading player in grain marketing and exporting. With deep roots in Australian Agriculture, they have built a legacy of excellence as a diversified agribusiness known for quality and service.
Their expertise is primarily in exporting Australian grain products directly from farms to global destinations. AGE trade grain commodities from all key regions of Australia and can source from multiple third origins worldwide to streamline their customer supply chains.
By adding value to the products grown by grain growers, rather than simply exporting raw materials AGE built a state-of-the-art processing and packing facility in late 2016 in Dublin, South Australia, conveniently located approximately 57km North of Port Adelaide.

AGE are now seeking a driven and capable Lead Process Operator to join their team in the facility in Dublin SA. This position offers the opportunity to develop into a 2IC position, working closely with site leadership to improve productivity, quality outcomes and operational efficiency while supporting the long-term success of the business.
About the Person
This role extends well beyond operating processing equipment. It requires an individual with strong technical and mechanical aptitude, a proactive approach to problem solving and a genuine commitment to continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be expected to monitor production quality and yield, identify opportunities to improve plant performance.
Key Responsibilities
