We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to lead end‑to‑end test automation and quality processes across multiple projects. The ideal candidate has hands‑on expertise in WebdriverIO with Cucumber or similar Node.js‑based frameworks, as well as Selenium with Java, and possesses a strong ability to lead QA teams, collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, and deliver high‑quality products in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the QA strategy, planning, and execution for multiple product lines and releases.
Design and implement
end‑to‑end automation frameworks
using
WebdriverIO + Cucumber
(Node.js) and
Selenium + Java .
Define and enforce
automation standards, best practices, and code quality
guidelines.
Collaborate with
developers, product managers, and DevOps
teams to ensure seamless CI/CD integration.
Mentor and manage a team of QA engineers — conducting code reviews, performance evaluations, and technical training.
Analyze business and technical requirements to design comprehensive
test strategies and test plans .
Manage QA deliverables and timelines, ensuring coverage across functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
Communicate effectively with
stakeholders and leadership , providing clear updates on risks, progress, and quality metrics.
Continuously improve QA processes through automation, tooling, and process optimization.
Qualifications and Experience
8+ years of hands‑on experience in
software testing and automation .
Strong proficiency with
WebdriverIO, Cucumber, or other Node.js‑based test frameworks .
Proven track record in
building and maintaining automation frameworks
for
end‑to‑end testing .
Experience with
CI/CD pipelines
(e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI).
Hands‑on experience with Cypress and Playwright is a huge bonus.
Strong understanding of
Agile/Scrum methodologies .
Excellent
leadership, mentorship, and communication
skills.
Experience collaborating with
cross‑functional teams
and managing
stakeholder expectations .
Good to have
Exposure to
API testing
(e.g., Postman, RestAssured, SuperTest).
Knowledge of
performance testing
tools (e.g., JMeter, K6).
ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
Soft Skills
