Job Title: Lead Salesforce Developer
Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Qualifications:- Experience working on Salesforce projects, including at least three years in a leadership role.
- Experience designing and consuming custom REST and SOAP web services.
- Experience implementing secure connections using OAuth 2.0 flows, JWT, Named Credentials, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft and Informatica.
- Experience with Salesforce Apex, including Classes, Triggers, and Controllers, as well as Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce Flow Builder, including Record-Triggered, Screen, and Autolaunched Flows, along with Validation Rules, Custom Objects, and Salesforce Security Model including OWDs, Sharing Rules, Profiles, and Permission Sets.
- Experience with Git/GitHub, VS Code, Salesforce CLI, SFDX, CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, and Jenkins, as well as Scratch Orgs and Sandboxes.
- Experience integrating AI, prompt engineering, and unified data profiles into custom Salesforce development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Salesforce Certified Architect certification.
