- Efficiently perform the day to day design documentation, analysis and development tasks.
- Involved in technical sessions to get good understanding of the user needs and business requirements.
- Implemented integration, security features such as REST, SOAP, HTTP connectors and services.
- Logged and analyzed performance using SPLUNK and creates various report for business/operations.
- Presented technical information in a concise, understandable and accurate fashion to non-technical personnel during BPO/TPO meetings.
- "Leading the offshore team members on daily basis to deliver the sprint work".
- Pega 8.8, work flow, SQL, Oracle.
