Job Description:
Technologies: C#, .NET, WPF, Petrel Plugin.
Team Size: 6 7 members.
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of software solutions while guiding a technical team. Your day-to-day work will include:
Leadership: Leading a team of developers to ensure high-quality code delivery and professional growth.
Development: Working on the maintenance and development of new features for Petrel plugins using C# and .NET.
Collaboration: Working closely with Product Owners (POs) to understand requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
Stability: Ensuring project stability, resolving technical challenges, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Process: Driving development within an Agile methodology to ensure timely and iterative delivery.
Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong technical background and leadership experience.
Technical Skills & Experience:
Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in IT, with a strong focus on C# and .NET.
Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Oil & Gas Upstream domain.
Desktop Development: Extensive experience in desktop application development using WPF.
Plugin Development: Proven expertise in plugin development, preferably Petrel Plugin (SLB).
Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a technical team.
Methodology: Strong experience working within Agile environments.
