• Provide technical leadership and mentor software engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications using Java.
• Architect and build RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop cloud-native solutions on AWS or Azure.
• Build and maintain containerized applications using Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and best practices.
• Promote software quality through automated testing and engineering excellence.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of modern development practices.

• 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• Proven experience in a Technical Leadership or Lead Software Engineer role.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Java
• API Design & Development
• Cloud Platforms (AWS or Azure)
• Python
• React
• Test Automation
• Strong understanding of software design principles and scalable system architecture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
